1. What we collect
When you sign up for Voco, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and password (hashed). When you use Voco to scan business cards, we store the card image, extracted contact information, and any notes or status changes you make.
2. How we use it
We use your data only to provide the Voco service -- sending emails on your behalf, storing your leads, and tracking email delivery/opens. We never sell your data or the data of your leads to third parties.
3. AI and card scanning
Business card images are sent to Anthropic's Claude Vision API for text extraction. Anthropic does not train their models on API inputs. Card images are stored in encrypted cloud storage and only accessible to your organization.
4. Email sending
Emails are sent via SendGrid. We track delivery, opens, clicks, bounces, and unsubscribes to help you understand engagement. If a recipient unsubscribes, we will not send them future emails.
5. Data retention
We retain your data while your account is active. You can delete your data at any time by contacting us at hello@voco.plus. Deleted data is purged from our systems within 30 days.
