Terms of Service

1. Pilot program

Voco is currently in pilot. Until 1 July 2026, access is free. After 1 July 2026, the service costs $50 USD per month per organization. We'll email you at least 14 days before any charges begin, and you can cancel any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to only upload business cards that you have permission to scan -- typically cards handed to you at exhibitions, meetings, or networking events. You will not use Voco to send spam, phishing, or unsolicited commercial email. Abuse of the service will result in account termination.

3. Email sending

Every email sent via Voco must be opt-in or permission-based. The visitor gave you their business card; the initial email is a reasonable follow-up. However, if a recipient unsubscribes, you must not attempt to re-contact them.

4. Your data

You own all the data you upload to Voco. We act as a processor on your behalf. You can export your data at any time via CSV.

5. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. During the pilot, the service may experience occasional downtime for updates and improvements based on feedback.

6. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly around email abuse.

7. Limitation of liability

Voco is provided "as is" during the pilot. We are not liable for any lost leads, missed emails, or business consequences. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the past 12 months (currently zero during the pilot).

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll email you at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
